About The Opportunity
This role is all about driving sales, delighting customers, and leading a team that loves what they do. Key responsibilities include:

Driving store sales performance and consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets

Creating memorable, feel-good customer experiences that keep people coming back

Spotting problems on the floor, from stock to roster to customer issues, and solving them fast, with a positive attitude

Leading, motivating and developing a passionate, customer-first team

Running engaging promotions and in-store activity that convert foot traffic into sales

Creating efficient rosters, coaching new team members, and fostering a fun, high-energy culture

Managing stock control, including ordering, rotation, and stocktakes
-
Overseeing opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and banking
-
Maintaining high standards in visual merchandising and store presentation
About You

At least 3 years in a leadership role within retail or hospitality

Strong POS, inventory, and cash handling knowledge

Proven experience in team coaching, scheduling, and performance development

Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as needed

Australian citizenship or permanent residency
