About The Company

Our client is a family-owned Australian manufacturer that has spent more than 35 years designing and building custom steel stair kits, supplying customers right across Australia.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts while winning new business. From first enquiry and quote through to order, production and delivery, you will own every step of the customer experience.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound calls and preparing accurate quotes using MYOB
• Driving sales growth by following up open quotes and making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
• Maintaining accurate customer and opportunity records in Pipedrive
• Tracking orders through production and keeping customers updated on delivery timelines
• Taking ownership of customer issues and coordinating a timely resolution

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally phone-based or B2B/trade rather than retail-only
• Confident, clear phone communication and a professional manner
• A proactive approach and willingness to make outbound calls, not just handle inbound enquiries
• Comfort working independently within a small, close-knit team
• CRM/ERP experience, with Pipedrive and MYOB knowledge highly regarded though not essential
• Full Australian work rights, ongoing with no visa restrictions
