About The Role:

We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team based in Glenfield, Auckland. As our part-time Receptionist, you will be responsible for general reception and front office duties, whilst also providing administrational support for the site operations and supply chain teams.

This role will also have the responsibility of being the face of the business, by creating an initial impression via phone, email, and in person that is representative of ARYZTA brand and culture. It will also develop and maintain excellent customer relationships with our ever-growing Quick Service Restaurant customers.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers, visitors, suppliers and service providers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Manage customer purchase orders, order allocations, and invoice generation.
  • Assisting with inquiries and orders.
  • Managing meeting rooms appointments and reservations.
  • Maintain inventory levels of office materials/stationary and lunchroom materials.
  • Handling basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
  • Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized at all times.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A positive and friendly demeanour
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the role
  • The successful candidate must have the right to work in New Zealand

Working Hours:
This is a part-time role, working Tuesdays and Thursdays approximately 8-9 hours each day.
