The information collected in this questionnaire is being obtained for and on behalf of Red Energy for the purpose of assessing your prospective employment.

- I declare that all personal information (including sensitive information) provided by me to Red Energy, whether written or verbal is true, accurate and complete;
- I consent to Red Energy disclosing my personal information (including sensitive information) that I provide to Red Energy to third parties to assess my suitability for employment with Red Energy, including:
(a) validating with my named current and previous employer/s (whether located in Australia or outside of Australia) any information I provide as part of my application, such as dates of employment, role, reporting lines and reason for leaving;
(b) checking my visa status and confirming my eligibility to work in Australia with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (please note, in the event you are not permitted to be in Australia the Commonwealth may require access to the contents of the visa inquiry); and
(c) undertaking background checks (such as criminal history and credit checks, or any other checks to validate the personal information which I provided as part of my application); and - I allow retention of my personal information on Red Energy’s files for up to 12 months, for the purposes of Red Energy assessing my suitability for similar positions within Red Energy that closely match my skill set, unless I request in writing that such information be destroyed.

It is a condition of Employment with Red Energy that you participate in a Criminal History Check. If you do not provide this information requested, your application for employment may not be considered.

The information collected in this questionnaire is being obtained for and on behalf of Red Energy for the purpose of assessing your prospective employment.
Red Energy has a duty of care to provide a safe workplace for all employees. This declaration helps Red Energy identify applicants with a current or pre-existing medical condition that may affect their ability to safely carry out the job for which they are applying, or which may be exacerbated by their employment with Red Energy.
This information may be disclosed to nominated Red Energy staff involved in the recruitment process. This information may also be disclosed to Red Energy's insurer or solicitors in the case of a claim for workers' compensation or personal injury. You may access this information by contacting Employee Relations.
