About the Position
Our Metro South Community Services team are key in providing care and support to a range of clients, including Aged Care and Disability. As part of this essential service, we are looking for an experienced scheduling professional to join our team on a permanent, full time basis, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional client outcomes in our community.
The position’s overall purpose is to oversee the scheduling of clients and staff within the Procura Client Information System, to ensure the delivery of services occurs on time, and in line with the strategic intents of the business.
About You
With a passion for Community Services and a keen interest in supporting our clients to live independent and enriched lives, your skills and experience include:
- Scheduling and rostering experience, using an electronic data management system. Knowledge of Procura is a distinct advantage
- Self-managing with the ability to priortise and balance a full workload in a busy, changing environment
- Highly effective customer service skills including up-managing multiple senior staff
- Proactive in your approach to problem solving
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel, and a solid understanding of the entire Suite
- Strong alpha-numeric data entry skills
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills
This position is fast-paced and priorities can change throughout the working day. Along with your open, engaging personality, you will offer:

You will require a current National Police Certificate or the eligibility to obtain one.
