The Lilliane Brady Village is a 44-bed residential aged care facility in far western NSW, owned and operated by Cobar Shire Council.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication and time management skills to be part of a fast -paced dynamic team. This role will assist in the compliance of a commercial kitchen meeting food safety standards and the delivery of delicious meals in accordance with individualised dietary needs whilst ensuring the residents’ independence, choice, dignity, and rights are maintained.

This position is classified as a Care Service Employee, commencing at $30.02 + shift loadings and allowances. The successful candidate will be required to work shift work, including weekends and public holidays and possess the interpersonal skills to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
