An exciting opportunity for a casual Commis Chef to join our great team at Mosaic Hotel:
- Casual position – 20 hours+ per week for the right candidate who is reliable, organised, positive and dedicated.
- Immediate Start available
- Great West Lakes Location
About the role:
To be the next valued kitchen team member at Mosaic Hotel and support the growth of kitchen operations you will have the following:
- 5 years' experience necessary, must have fryer, larder, pizza and grill experience
- Flexibility working nights and weekends
- 20hrs over 7 day roster of lunch and dinner shifts including split shifts
- Quick learner, ability to think on your feet and support your team
- A team player with great communication skills
- Ability to effectively work with kitchen and front of house teams
- Award Wages (HIGA)
- Immediate start
- Food safety training / qualifications are a must or the ability to obtain these qualifications prior to commencing
