An exciting opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Hand to join our great team at Mosaic Hotel:

• Casual position – approximately 15 per week with the opportunity to gain more hours for the right candidate

About the role: 

To be the next valued kitchen team member at Mosaic Hotel and support the growth of kitchen operations you will have the following:

• Previous kitchen hand and kitchen cleaning experience necessary (This is a manual role including sweeping, mopping, and dish washing, bin change over and removal as part of every shift)
• Flexibility working nights and will be required on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday lunch and evenings at a minimum
• 25+hrs over 7 day roster of lunch and dinner shifts including split shifts
• Must be reliable and work autonomously
• Own transport preferable as shifts are late finishes
• Ability to think on the go and support a team 
• Ability to effectively work with kitchen and front of house teams
• Award Wages (HIGA)
• Ability to start immediately
• Initiative and attention to detail is a must
• Please note that this role has minimal to no food preparation and cookery students need only apply if they are willing to do kitchen hand, dishes and cleaning as primary task.
