Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Being the face of the venue and the brand to West Lakes
  • Working both front and back of house
  • Delivering a best in class customer experience
  • Support the training and developing staff
  • Assist with stock management
  • Manage bookings and events
  • Maintain our POS system

We are looking for someone with:

  • Supervisory experience in the retail, hospitality or entertainment  industries
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders combined with the ability to take ownership and problem solve
  • The Venue operates 7 days a week from 10am to 10pm requiring flexibility with rostering
  • Must have some availability nights/weekends
  • Great values based leadership skills
  • Customer service champion and excellent supplier interpersonal skills
  • Business level Microsoft office skills
  • An interest in golf / sport desirable
  • Demonstrated empathy for entertainment experiences.
  • Positions available are part time (30 hours per week) or Fulltime

Qualifications:

  • DHS Working with Children Check
  • Current RP certification
  • Food safety certification
  • Drivers license
