Casual Gaming Room Duty Manager - Mosaic Hotel

A great opportunity to be a part of our redeveloped and exciting venue for a casual Gaming Room Attendant Duty Manager

Immediate start, work in a great team environment with 15 to 20 hours available for the right person.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Support the gaming operations and bring to life the brand to West Lakes
• Delivering a best in class customer experience
• Creating an exciting experience that brings people back again and again

We are looking for someone with:

• Must have experience in a similar role
• Ability to look after 40 machines
• Availability to work mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays as required
• Comfortable to work alone and unsupervised in the gaming room
• Ability to ensure the gaming room is compliant with company policies and gaming regulations
• Customer service champion and excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with POS
• RSA Required
• RSG required for Gaming Casuals
• TAB and Keno an advantage.
