Part of the X-Golf Group, the venue services a wide range of guests with a large, upbeat team serving cocktails, drinks, full service kitchen & most importantly – indoor golf entertainment.

We are a sport passionate and service centric team. As part of the boarder West Lakes entertainment precinct with significant team growth, there are ample opportunities for professional upskilling, development and broader business opportunities for the team.

Reporting to the Venue Manager and based at West Lakes, this is a unique opportunity and open to energetic, service oriented, Front of House champions.

You don't need to be a golf expert, however if you are eager to work in hospitality, we would love to hear from you. Multiple positions available.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Support the operations venue and bring to life the brand to West Lakes
• Working both front and back of house
• Delivering a best in class customer experience
• Event and function support
• Creating an exciting experience that brings people back again and again

We are looking for someone with:

• Food and beverage service experience is desirable
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
• Customer service champion and excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with POS
• An interest in golf / sport 
• Demonstrated empathy for entertainment experiences.

Qualifications:

• DHS Working with Children Check
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate for over 18 applicants is desirable.
• Able to adapt and learn quickly
• Attention to detail
• Customer centric
