ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Full time role based in the Northern areas region
  • Exciting football operations career opportunity

The Football Operations Coordinator – Norther Region  is responsible for coordinating and administering the SANFL Regional Commission and member league competitions to ensure the competitions are of a professional standard, highly regarded in the community, sustainable and successful.  The role will also support and grow club development of the member clubs within the region.

 Servicing regional South Australia, the Northern zone will encompass Far North, Whyalla, Spencer Gulf, North Eastern and Northern Areas.

The role's responsibilities include:

  • Build, support, and grow key community relationships
  • Competition support and administration
  • Provide support to representative football
  • League & club development
  • Support functions, events and training throughout region
  • Coordinate marketing and promotion - maximising use of website and social media platforms and sponsorship opportunities
  • General administration

The role requires travel across the region.  The successful candidate will be provided a tool of trade vehicle.

ABOUT YOU

You will be an engaging individual highly skilled at developing, maintaining and growing relationships.  Your community and team centred approach will be underpinned with highly developed administration and diplomacy skills.  Your outcome focus will be a valuable contribution to growing and promoting the game of Australian Rules Football in the central region.

You will also need to hold a current DHS working with Children check and SA Drivers Licence
