The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant & Functions Manager to lead our hospitality operations across the precinct. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences in both our bistro and function spaces, while driving growth in our events business.

Key Responsibilities

•          Oversee daily operations of the Mosaic Hotel bistro and function areas.
•          Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and service delivery.
•          Ensure high standards of customer service and team presentation aligned with Mosaic Hotel branding.
•           Actively source and secure new function bookings.
•          Coordinate and execute events to an exceptional standard.
•           Drive community engagement with local clubs, schools, and groups.
•           Cross-promote precinct offerings including X-Golf and Hey Caddy.
•           Support the development of new hospitality initiatives including the Oval View Room and future beer garden expansion.

About You

•         Proven experience in restaurant and function management.
•          Strong leadership and organisational skills.
•          Passion for customer service and community engagement.
•          Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
•          Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
