Role Overview: As a Value Add/Retail Ready & Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our newly completed high-end Value Add facility. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are eager to lead and inspire a team.
Your key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production targets and manage process targets day-to-day.
- Coordinate task allocation with the team, including value add products, manufacturing, slicing, mincing, burger preparation, packing and stock rotations.
- Ensure the highest quality of delivery for our retail, wholesale and restaurant customers.
About You:
- You're a natural leader, ready to innovate and energize our team.
- You have experience in production supervision, preferably within the food industry.
- You're adept at managing people and processes to meet daily targets.
