About the Company

Peter Augustus Craft Butcher is owned by Stanbroke Beef, a vertically integrated company with cattle farms, feedlot, and meat processing.  We are passionate about the beef we produce and need likeminded people to help sell our products to the public.  We produce five categories of beef which include Wagyu, Angus, Grass Fed, Grain Fed and Organic.  These are all the highest quality which make selling them an easy task.  We also team with other likeminded suppliers to source other quality items like Ryukyu Pork, Southeast Qld lambs and free-range chicken.

About the Role:

• Engaging with customers, assisting them in selecting from our premium range of meats.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to ensure a delightful customer experience.
• Handling sales transactions.
• Maintaining the pristine condition of our store through regular cleaning and upkeep.
• Enjoy the security of a full-time position with a focus on teamwork.

• You have a keen eye for detail and a customer-oriented approach.
• You have knowledge of butcher shop operations.
• Adaptability is your second nature; you thrive in a dynamic environment.
• You’re available to work on one weekend day a week.

• Ideally, you have your own transport.
