With the continued success of our value-add facility and products, we are expanding our team to include a dedicated Value-Add Quality Assurance Coordinator. We are a dynamic and results-driven company, committed to excellence in food safety and quality.

The Role: As a Value-Add Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards and contributing to our growth. You will work closely with the QA Manager to ensure all new product developments meet and exceed food safety and quality requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review documentation for new product development.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective actions to improve monitoring activities.
• Develop project timelines and prepare phase gate process documentation.
• Collaborate across teams to align consumer expectations with product trials.
• Contribute to NPD pipeline planning and oversee product labelling and testing.

What We Offer:

• A full-time position with flexible start and finish times, Monday to Friday.
• A role based in Grantham, Lockyer Valley, suitable for candidates in Toowoomba or Ipswich.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in High-Risk Food Production.
• Familiarity with Australian Meat Export Standards, BRCGS, HACCP, Halal, Organic.
• A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented individual.
