Restaurant Host

Establishment 203 is the newest edition to the Stanbroke brand of businesses, boasting a carefully curated menu featuring traditional Italian pastas and Queensland’s highest quality beef in a sophisticated experience.

At Stanbroke our aim is to consistently provide the finest quality beef to our valued customers. We achieve this by owning and managing each step of the beef production process. By utilising the pristine environment of our cattle stations and combining this with our state-of-the-art production facilities, we constantly deliver the highest quality, tender, flavoursome beef chefs demand.

We are looking for a Host to join the Front of House Team at Establishment 203.

Role Overview: As a Host at Establishment 203, you will embody our commitment to exceptional service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. You'll be the face of the restaurant, providing exceptional guest service and managing all reservation activities.

Your Role as a Host:

• Greet guests with a warm smile and guide them through a seamless dining journey.
• Manage reservations and ensure each guest feels welcomed and valued.
• POS system – knowledge with Ordermate is a bonus, but training is provided.
• Monitoring and managing restaurant bookings throughout service.
• You'll need to be able to steer a busy restaurant, handle out-by times and work under pressure.
• Be the liaison between our guests and the vibrant atmosphere that Establishment 203 prides itself on.

Are You the Right Fit?

• You have at least 1-2 years’ experience as a Host or in a similar role with reservations experience.
• You have experience with Sevenrooms.
• You are passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences.
• You are ready for your next career adventure in a vibrant and dynamic environment.
