Stanbroke Feedlot is offering a unique opportunity to join our 12-month quarterly rotational program. This program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience across key areas of our feedlot operations, preparing you for a successful career in agriculture.

Program Overview: The 12-month Quarterly Rotational Program offers a structured rotation through the following key areas:

  • Livestock Management: Gain hands-on experience in cattle handling, feeding, and health management.
  • Mill Operations: Learn about feed formulation, milling processes, and equipment maintenance.
  • Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and repairing feedlot infrastructure and equipment.
  • Administration: Support various administrative functions essential to feedlot operations.

Requirements:

  • You are a recent graduate in 2023 or 2024 from a relevant agricultural or related field.
  • You can start in January 2025 (we can be flexible).
  • Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or a valid work visa is a must.
