The Role Overview: As a Production Room Knife Hand, you’ll play a vital role in the production room. Your responsibilities will include slicing, boning, trimming, and portion cutting of meat products. Additionally, you’ll assist the Production Room Chef with ingredient preparation and value-added product creation.

Your Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Knife Work: Execute precise boning, slicing, weighing, and portioning of meat products.
• Ingredient Preparation: Assist the Production Room Chef by preparing ingredients.
• Value-Added Production: Create specialty meat products under the direction of a production butcher/chef.
• Packaging Support: Aid in packing and weighing meat products.
• Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Complete additional duties as directed by the Production Room Manager.

Your Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Prior experience with knife hand tasks and/or meat production is essential.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues.
