Role Overview: As an Administration Officer at Fort Constantine, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our cattle station. Working closely with a team of 12, you will handle a variety of tasks including data entry, filing, correspondence management, payroll processing, invoicing, and inventory management. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure the smooth functioning of our administrative processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence management.
  • Assisting with payroll processing, invoicing, and maintaining financial records.
  • Coordinating office supplies and managing inventory.
  • Providing administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • You have experience in an administrative role, ideally in a rural or agricultural setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software.
