Role Overview: Are you a people person with a knack for organisation? Do you thrive in a role where every day is different? As our Accommodation Supervisor, you'll be the heart and soul of our accommodation facilities, ensuring our team has a comfortable, safe, and well-maintained place to call home.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Be the Go-To Person: Provide a friendly, approachable presence for all residents, always ready to help and support.
• Keep It Pristine: Oversee building and garden maintenance, from regular cleaning to proactive upkeep schedules.
• Lead the Team: Manage our accommodation staff, including cooks and cleaners, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
• Stay Compliant: Ensure everything we do meets legislative requirements and company policies.
• Manage the Details: Handle bookings and room inspections with precision and care.
• Welcome New Faces: Assist with the induction of new staff, making sure they feel right at home.
• Stock Up: Keep track of camp consumables and maintain accurate stock records.

What We’re Looking For:

• People Skills: An approachable, friendly, and helpful disposition.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
