We’re seeking a dynamic Value-Add General Manager to spearhead the strategic growth and market penetration of our value-added products. This newly created role is pivotal in not just overseeing product development and marketing, but also in driving sales strategies to capture new market opportunities and significantly boost revenue.

Role Overview:

As the Value-Add General Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic growth of our value-added product portfolio. Based in Brisbane with regular travel to our Grantham plant, your primary focus will be on sales and expanding market reach. You will oversee all aspects of product development, marketing, and sales coordination, managing cross-functional teams to ensure that product initiatives align with market trends and sales strategies. Your role will be central in optimising operational excellence, focusing on the management of yields, processes, and quality assurance while leveraging your commercial nous to enhance Stanbroke’s market presence and profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Lead efforts to push sales of our value-added products into the market, implementing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Product Development: Oversee the development, production, and commercialisation of value-added products, ensuring alignment with market demands and brand strategy.
  • Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and increased market penetration.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with marketing to boost brand visibility and effectively position products in the market.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure operational efficiency by optimising yields, processes, and quality assurance.
