 We are looking for Station Cooks to join our friendly Team at Stanbroke for the Season!

The Role:

Prepare for an exciting new chapter with us in the 2025 season! Are you an experienced Station Cook? Join our team! You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our station staff, guests, and contractors enjoy nutritious and delicious meals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Menu Planning and Meal Preparation: Create appetizing and balanced menus for all station meals.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized kitchen environment ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Contribute to successful station events and functions by providing exceptional catering services.

Who We’re Looking For:

• You have experience in a similar role, and you can cook for up to 25 people.
• You have a passion for creating hearty, healthy meals.
• You are organised and have good time management skills.
• You have attention to detail in menu planning and kitchen operations.
• You are a team player and can work independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team.
• You have a basic knowledge of general maintenance and repairs.
