Role Overview: We are seeking a qualified Mechanic with at least 2 years out of trade experience, ideally with a background in maintaining a range of vehicles from light to heavy and agricultural equipment. As a vital member of our team, you’ll perform maintenance and repairs, ensuring our fleet and equipment run smoothly across our remote and beautiful locations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles and equipment, including light vehicles, heavy trucks, and agricultural machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and parts inventory.
• Work closely with the team to ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential mechanical problems.
• Support the team with ad-hoc maintenance tasks as required.

Who We Are Looking For:

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a qualified mechanic, ideally working with a range of light to heavy vehicles and agricultural equipment.
• You have strong mechanical aptitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and maintenance.
• You have experience working in remote areas or willingness to adapt to a remote work environment.
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• You have a commitment to safety, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
