The Role Overview: As a Production Room Knife Hand, you’ll play a vital role in the production room. Your responsibilities will include slicing, trimming, and portion cutting of meat products. Additionally, you’ll assist the Production Room Chef with ingredient preparation and value-added product creation.

Your Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Knife Work: Execute precise slicing, weighing, and portioning of meat products.
• Ingredient Preparation: Assist the Production Room Chef by preparing ingredients.
• Value-Added Production: Create specialty meat products under the direction of a production butcher/chef.
• Packaging Support: Aid in packing and weighing meat products.
• Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Complete additional duties as directed by the Production Room Manager.

Your Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Prior experience with knife hand tasks and/or meat production is essential.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues.
