An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and adaptable professional to join our team at the Grantham facility as a full-time Stock & Inventory Coordinator.

About the Role: As the Stock & Inventory Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring and controlling stock movements, adjustments, and order and container allocations under the guidance of the Loadout & Sales Manager. This position requires some heavy lifting and absolute focus.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Review and adjust Domestic & Export container allocations to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Allocate Domestic and Export statuses to new stock lines.
• Update or remove Domestic and Export allocations.
• Investigate discrepancies and adjustments, reporting outcomes.
• Implement strategies to minimise warehouse expenses.

Your Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience in warehousing, distribution management, and inventory control within an export food facility.
• Proficiency in computer operations, with the ability to quickly grasp internal stock management systems.
• Exceptional prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all inventory-related activities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions to prevent customer delays.
• Physical fitness to handle the role's demands, including occasional heavy lifting.
