The Role:
As a Plant Operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting station operations and maintaining roads and access tracks. If you have experience operating machinery and are passionate about contributing to efficient production processes, this role might be a perfect fit for you.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Machinery Operations (Grader): Operate machinery efficiently, safely and ensuring smooth road maintenance and access track operations.
- Provide regular updates to the Station Manager regarding property conditions and observations.
- Safety Compliance: Follow Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements.
- Promote a safe work environment.
Who We Are Looking For:
- You have previous experience operating machinery, particularly with graders.
- You are familiar with road maintenance and track operations.
- You have a valid manual car license.
- You have previous experience working on stations (desirable).
- You are a team player, and you can work collaboratively within a team.
- You have strong problem-solving abilities.
