The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to drive HR strategies and initiatives across the group. This role combines operational and strategic HR, focusing on workplace compliance, employee engagement, and health and safety, ensuring a thriving workplace culture across diverse teams.

As the HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and staff, balancing immediate HR needs with longer-term objectives to support the growth and success of Stanbroke’s brands.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on performance management, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Workplace Health & Safety: Lead and implement health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with legislation and fostering a safe workplace.
  • Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance.
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist the Talent Acquisition team, where required, with recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with organisational needs and culture.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Monitor employment law updates and ensure HR practices meet legislative requirements. Prepare and deliver insightful HR and safety reports to senior management.
  • Engagement & Retention: Drive initiatives to promote a collaborative and inclusive culture, enhancing employee engagement and retention across teams.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • You have a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR advisory or HRBP role.
  • Experience in food production, agriculture, or hospitality industries is advantageous.
  • You are available for regular domestic travel.
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance.
  • Experience managing workplace health and safety programs.
  • Strong strategic and operational HR expertise.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
