As our business continues to grow, we’re seeking a capable and motivated Project Manager to join our Brisbane-based team and lead the successful delivery of a variety of commercial and office-based building projects.

The Role:

This is a hands-on project management role responsible for coordinating contracts, managing timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget across a range of business assets. You’ll be working on commercial and asset projects, with a focus on quality, safety, and cost-effective outcomes.

What You Will Do:

• Plan, coordinate and oversee projects across our commercial and asset portfolio.
• Prepare and manage contracts, liaise with contractors and consultants.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and key milestones and report back to management on a formal, regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety, and quality standards.
• Provide accurate cost forecasting and reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate project handovers and post-completion reviews.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment.

What You Will Bring:

• Previous experience managing building or commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of contract administration and project financials.
• Confident communicator who can liaise across trades, consultants, and leadership.
• Organised, detail-oriented and solutions focused.
• Experience working across multiple project types or business assets is an advantage.
• Qualifications in project management or a related field preferred.
