Are you a skilled finance professional ready to take the lead in a dynamic, vertically integrated beef business? We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team - a key role split between our Brisbane Head Office and our state-of-the-art processing plant in Grantham.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll oversee the financial management of our Grantham Processing Plant, driving cost efficiencies, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting decision-making through insightful analysis. You’ll lead a team of six talented finance staff and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to keep our business financially strong and future focused.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage daily financial operations and reporting for the processing plant
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparation
  • Monitor capital expenditure and major repairs & maintenance projects
  • Drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Provide financial insights to support operational decisions
  • Lead and develop your finance team to deliver excellence

What We’re Looking For:

  • CPA or CA qualified with strong finance management experience
  • Experience in manufacturing or meat processing environments highly regarded
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
