Your Role:

We’re looking for a Brand Manager to help lead the next evolution of our globally recognised beef brands. This role blends strategy, storytelling, and execution - bringing to life the narratives that define Australia’s finest beef across international markets, including South East Asia, the Middle East, and the United States.

You’ll play a key role in developing compelling brand campaigns, supporting new product launches, and ensuring brand excellence in every touchpoint - from packaging and trade activations to digital storytelling and retail presentation. Working closely with regional marketing leads, creative partners, and distributors, you’ll help shape the perception of Stanbroke as a global leader in premium beef.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the development of brand refreshes, creative campaigns, and narratives across the Stanbroke portfolio.
  • Provide input into new product development and innovation initiatives, driving positioning and storytelling for product launches.
  • Partner with external agencies to craft creative platforms, packaging design, and campaign toolkits that inspire both trade and consumers.
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing Leads to ensure on-brand execution across retail and food service channels, creating compelling brand livery and experiences that elevate perception in-market.
  • Deliver brand guidelines, playbooks, and messaging frameworks that ensure global consistency and impact.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to define long-term brand architecture and premium positioning.
  • Mentor and guide internal marketing team members to deliver cohesive, high-quality execution.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A creative brand storyteller with 5+ years’ experience in brand marketing, ideally within FMCG, food, alcohol or premium consumer goods.
  • Proven success developing and executing multi-channel brand campaigns from concept through to market activation.
  • Experience managing creative agencies and driving packaging and campaign outcomes that align with brand strategy.
  • A strong understanding of retail and food service environments, with the ability to bring brands to life through powerful visual identity and compelling execution.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • A sharp eye for design, tone, and messaging consistency, with a drive to uphold world-class brand standards.
