Your Role:

We’re seeking an experienced and commercially driven Global Business Development Manager - Food Service to join our Food Solutions Team.

This newly created role will drive Stanbroke’ s expansion across major global food service channels, building strong commercial relationships with some of the world’s most recognised brands. Reporting to the Commercial Manager and working closely with the Sales Manager, you will identify new opportunities, secure international partnerships, and accelerate our global footprint in the food service sectors.

This is a high-performance, hunter-style role suited to someone who thrives on winning new business, developing long-term customer relationships, and representing a premium Australian beef brand on the world stage.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and grow Stanbroke’ s global food service customer base
  • Manage and expand relationships with large multinational accounts
  • Leverage your established B2B food service network to identify new commercial opportunities
  • Lead negotiations and deliver strong commercial outcomes aligned to business strategy
  • Prepare proposals, tenders, and customer presentations for international markets
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain, production, marketing, and the wider Food Solutions and Stanbroke Sales teams
  • Travel extensively domestically and internationally to meet customer and business needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5+ years’ experience managing large national or global food service customers
  • Experience selling meat into international food companies is ideal; strong food sales experience is essential
  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of securing new business
  • Established contacts and strong networks within the global food service sector
  • Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Confident working independently on the road, with frequent international travel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence, build relationships and deliver commercial results
