Your Role:
You’re an experienced and highly organised Sales Support Team Leader to lead our Sales Support function based at our state-of-the-art Brisbane office. This role is critical to ensuring seamless order processing, stock management and internal coordination while providing strong leadership to a team of five Sales Support professionals.
Working closely with Sales, Production, Shipping and Load-Out teams, the Sales Support Team Leader will ensure customer orders are accurately processed, scheduled and delivered on time, while continuously improving processes and service standards.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, coach and support a team of four Sales Support Officers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Oversee accurate processing of customer orders and coordination of production and delivery timelines.
- Act as a key liaison between Sales, Production, Shipping and Load-Out teams to ensure stock availability and order fulfilment.
- Ensure accurate oversight of stock levels, production schedules and forward planning.
- Manage escalations, provide order updates and support strong customer relationships.
- Oversee customer claims and deposit management processes.
- Identify and implement improvements to systems, workflows and reporting to drive efficiency and accuracy.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales support, logistics or order management, with prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong commercial nous with a solid understanding of sales and supply chain operations.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator able to liaise effectively across multiple internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong systems capability and experience working with ERP or CRM platforms.
- A proactive, solutions-focused leadership approach.
