Your Role:
We’re looking for a commercially focused Business Analyst to join our Finance team, reporting directly to the CFO.
This role plays a critical part in delivering accurate reporting, financial modelling, and data-driven insights that support revenue growth and profitability across all Business Units. Working closely with Sales, Operations, and Senior Leadership, you will turn complex data into clear commercial insights that influence key business decisions.
This is a hands-on analytical role suited to someone who enjoys working with numbers, building financial models, and contributing to strategic planning in a fast-paced operational environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Report on revenue performance and produce P&L statements for each Business Unit
- Prepare Annual Operating Plans, set targets, and forecast revenue
- Build and maintain financial and business models to support decision making and maximise profitability
- Analyse product costs, production yields, and market data to identify opportunities
- Provide actionable insights to support Management, Sales, and Operations
- Maintain and develop Power BI reports for daily operations and monthly reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst or similar analytical finance role
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capability
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and visualisation tools
- Ability to interpret large data sets and present clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline
