Our operations span across Northern Queensland, with extensive cattle properties, backgrounding operations in Southern Queensland, state-of-the-art cattle feedlots, a fully accredited beef processing facility, and global marketing capabilities. We offer a full range of Grain and Grass-fed beef categories and export to over 40 countries globally.

Your Role:

Based at our state-of-the-art processing plant in Grantham, the Load Out Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring all finished product is dispatched accurately, safely, and on time. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating people, systems, stock flow, and customer requirements to ensure smooth, efficient operations across the Load Out area.

You will lead a high-performing team, work closely with production and cold stores, and ensure our customers receive the quality, service, and reliability Stanbroke is known for.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and oversee daily load out operations to ensure accurate and timely dispatch
• Lead, train, and supervise the Load Out team, ensuring strong communication and workflow
• Coordinate palletising, order picking, labelling, and verification processes
• Maintain stock accuracy and ensure all dispatch documentation is correct
• Work collaboratively with Production, Cold Stores, Logistics, and QA
• Monitor equipment and ensure safe, efficient use within the Load Out area
• Drive continuous improvement in load out processes, accuracy, and efficiency
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve operational issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with all WHS and food safety standards
• Provide daily reporting on dispatch volumes, staffing, and operational performance

Who We’re Looking For:

You’re a practical, organised and solutions-focused leader with a strong understanding of dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating people, stock, and systems to achieve smooth, accurate outcomes.

• Experience in load out, dispatch, logistics, warehousing, or food/FMCG operations
• Strong people leadership skills – able to coach, coordinate, and motivate a team
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively across production, storage, and logistics teams
• Solid understanding of WHS requirements
• Experience in meat processing or cold storage is highly regarded
