Your Role:
Due to continued growth across the business, we’re excited to introduce a newly created Documentation Officer role at our Head Office. This is a great opportunity to step into a role where you can make an immediate impact.
As a highly organised and detail-oriented professional, you’ll be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing key documentation to support our domestic and international operations. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of documentation across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare and process documentation for domestic and export shipments
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory, customer, and company requirements
- Review and verify accuracy of data across invoices, certificates, and shipping documents
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Logistics, and Operations to gather required information
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as freight forwarders, agents, and regulatory bodies
- Maintain organised records and documentation systems
- Support continuous improvement of documentation processes and systems
- Assist with resolving discrepancies and responding to documentation queries
Who We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative or documentation role (export experience highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Competent in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word)
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
