Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Global Food Service Sales Manager to drive our presence across domestic and international food service markets.

Stanbroke is a reputable family-owned and operated Australian Cattle and beef business. Our operations span Northern Queensland, with extensive cattle properties, backgrounding operations in Southern Queensland, state-of-the-art cattle feedlots, a fully accredited beef processing facility, and global marketing capabilities. We offer a full range of Grain and Grass-fed beef categories and export to over 40 countries globally.
Your Role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager and based in our Brisbane Head Office, this role is responsible for building and strengthening Stanbroke’s global food service footprint.
You will develop strategic relationships with key international customers, chefs and partners, while identifying new market opportunities and driving long-term commercial growth. Working closely with our Sales, Marketing and The 203 teams, you will play a key role in creating end-user demand and elevating our brand globally.
This is a hands-on role with regular domestic and international travel.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities in global food service markets
- Managing and growing relationships with key international customers and chef partners
- Delivering chef-led events and experiences to promote Stanbroke products
- Hosting partners at The 203 and across Stanbroke sites
- Working with Marketing and The 203 team to build brand presence and engagement
- Monitoring market trends and providing insights to support commercial strategy
- Collaborating across Sales, Production and Operations to deliver on customer expectations
- Representing Stanbroke at trade events, customer meetings and industry forums
About You:
- Experience in food service, meat or premium hospitality sales
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive growth opportunities
- Demonstrated success in business development and customer acquisition
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Confident negotiator with the ability to influence at a senior level
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and travelling regularly
