Your Role:

Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a motivated and detail-focused Sales Support Officer to join our Brisbane head office team in Fortitude Valley.

This is a key role supporting the day-to-day coordination of customer orders, stock allocation, production scheduling and customer communication. Working closely with Sales, Production, Shipping and Load-Out teams, you will help ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinating order schedules with internal production and logistics teams.
  • Monitoring stock availability and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Liaising with customers regarding order updates, delivery timelines and enquiries.
  • Assisting with claims processing, deposits and related administration.
  • Preparing reports, documentation and general sales support tasks.
  • Building strong working relationships across internal teams to support seamless execution.

About You:

You are organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly and take pride in delivering high-quality support.

You will ideally bring:

  • Experience in sales support, customer service, logistics or administration.
  • Exposure to food manufacturing, export or meat industry environments is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Sound computer skills and experience using ERP or order management systems.
  • A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
