We’re looking for a commercially minded Sales professional to help drive sales of our food solutions beef products both domestically and internationally. If you enjoy being close to the product, understanding customer needs and turning ideas into commercial outcomes, this might be the role for you.

What you'll be doing
As our Sales (Food Solutions) expert, you're all about building relationships, spotting opportunities and working closely with our sales, production and marketing teams to bring high-quality, customer-focused products to market.
Based out of our Brisbane head office, with regular domestic and international travel to support your customers, you'll be:
- Overseeing food solutions beef sales and driving growth across retail and foodservice channels
- Developing new customer relationships while strengthening existing partnerships
- Working alongside the broader Sales Team to place the right products into the right markets
- Supporting customers with product solutions and market-led opportunities
- Contributing to product development, specifications and packaging improvements, logistics oversight and production efficiencies in collaboration with our Production and Marketing experts
- Helping ensure product availability aligns with customer demand
- Building strong working relationships with distributors, retailers, foodservice customers and industry stakeholders
What you'll bring
- Experience in sales or account management within the meat, food manufacturing or FMCG sector
- Strong commercial nous and a genuine interest in beef and food solutions
- Knowledge of food solutions meat products, including production processes and market positioning
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Confidence negotiating, building relationships and influencing outcomes with customers and internal teams
- Comfortable working across sales, production and marketing functions
- Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities
- A team-focused approach with a desire to grow and develop
