Stanbroke is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Training and HR Administrator to support our training, compliance, onboarding and continuous improvement processes across the business.

What you'll be doing:
- Create, issue and maintain Work Instructions, competency records and supporting training documentation, including managing the 12-month reissue cycle to ensure compliance, accuracy and version control.
- Coordinate and document competency assessments, maintain departmental skills matrixs and assist with onboarding by preparing induction paperwork and facilitating weekly induction sessions for new starters.
- Organise, review and maintain training records to ensure they remain accurate, current and audit-ready.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Training and Quality Assurance teams across documentation, compliance and record-keeping requirements.
- Work closely with accredited Training Officers to coordinate training administration and ensure competency documentation is completed correctly.
- Support the HR team with general day-to-day administrative duties and employee-related processes as required.
What you'll bring:
- Strong administration, organisation and record-keeping skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating training, competency, compliance or employee documentation is desirable.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support new starters throughout the induction and onboarding process.
- Ability to respond promptly and effectively to audit requirements, compliance changes and documentation requests.
- A proactive and forward-thinking approach, with the ability to plan ahead and support efficient administrative functions.
- A modern, improvement-focused mindset, with an interest in reducing paper-based processes, improving systems and supporting the transition to more efficient digital solutions.
