About the Opportunity

An Online Sales Representative is someone who helps the customer find the right purchases over the phone, monitor the vendors for shipment and make it right for the customer if there is any problem after shipment. We're looking for Specialists that have a bright personality with enthusiasm and drive. Our motto is "Real People, Great Products and Amazing Service!"

Your duties will include (but will not be limited to):

• Answer inbound calls (with no script), ready to handle each call the "ShoppersChoice way."
• Manage daily paperless workload, utilizing internal systems for orders, inventory and project management.
• Proactively communicate clearly and effectively with customers, vendors, and co-workers via phone and email.

To be considered for this role, you will possess:

• Traditional call center experience is not preferred.
• Some college/university experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet navigation, multitasking in various windows, dual screen monitors, etc.).
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A clear and well-spoken phone voice
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to solve problems quickly and creatively
• Self-reliant, yet able to work as part of a team to help reach goals
• Good time management skills and uses resources wisely

• Willingness to learn from training and constructive criticism
• A positive attitude and desire to constantly improve
• Exceptional customer service skills (previous waitstaff, retail, or sales experience a plus)
