Expressions of Interest - Administration & Projects Officer - IRM

In keeping with our commitment to develop our employees, we are looking for expressions of interest from within our current employees for a secondment opportunity as the Administration and Project Officer - IRM. This temporary position works within the Integrated Risk Management team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-level administration and project support to the Integrated Risk Management Business Unit requiring a flexible and adaptable mindset, strong organisation, planning, communication and writing skills and an ability to work with the utmost confidentiality.

If you are interested in the role but aren’t sure if you have the skills and experience required, rest assured as long as you have strong administration and customer service skills with a knowledge of Council's corporate systems, an eye for attention to detail and the ability to work in a role requiring discretion and confidentiality.  Beyond this, we can teach you everything else you need to know to be successful in this role.

Remuneration for the position is based on Grade 7 of the salary system, and the secondment is offered at 35 hours per week until April 2026 and then 17 hours per week until April 2027. Alternative options to this arrangement can be discussed with interested employees.
