What we are looking for

No experience, no problems. We provide all the training necessary for you to kick-start your new role with Domino’s. A few non-negotiables: 

  • You must be a team player and have an appetite for learning.

  • You must be passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

  • You must be willing to put in the effort to succeed.

  • All e-bike applicants must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid learner driver's licence.

  • Access to a smartphone.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivery: Nailing the finesse of on-time deliveries, transforming pizzas into moments of joy that land right on our customers' doorsteps.

  • Customer Service: At Domino's Scarborough, our customer's come first! This means every interaction with the customer is polite, friendly, and served with a smile.

  • Safety: Navigating the roads with a blend of caution and efficiency, ensuring deliveries are not just swift but safe.

  • Cash Handling: For those deliveries requiring cash payment, a basic level of mathematics is required to be able to provide accurate change for orders.

  • Taking Customers Orders: We strongly believe in cross-training employees, not only to strengthen the team, but to also offer more opportunities. All E-Bike Delivery Expert's will be crossed trained and educated on how to serve customers both over the phone & instore!

  • Store Cleanliness: When not out on delivery, you will be assisting the team on tackling everyday cleaning tasks with precision, ensuring our store is consistently tidy and ready for action.

Whilst your journey may start out on the road delivery delicious piping hot pizzas, it certainly doesn't end there! For those individuals who put in the effort and show us their HUSTLE, further training on other key store stations is provided and encouraged!
