Exciting Opportunity: Change Analyst - Digital Transformation

Lutheran Services is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Change Analyst to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is your chance to play a key role in driving our digital transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, and empowering our teams to embrace new digital tools and processes.

As a Change Analyst, you will be the linchpin in our project success. Working within our Project Management Framework, you will analyse, plan, and execute innovative change management strategies and bringing your expertise will be instrumental in supporting our Change Manager, Project Manager, Program Delivery Manager, and Project Sponsor. Together, you will uphold project governance standards, manage change, drive communications, and oversee training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Impact Analysis: Lead the assessment of how our digital transformation impacts various business units and stakeholders. Identify potential risks and craft strategies to mitigate them, ensuring a smooth transition.

 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with key stakeholders to understand their needs, address their concerns, and ensure they are engaged throughout the change process.
  • Change Readiness Assessment: Evaluate the organization’s readiness for change, pinpoint areas of resistance, and develop targeted strategies to overcome challenges.
  • Communication Planning: Collaborate closely with the Communications Manager to create and implement communication plans that keep all stakeholders informed, aligned, and excited about the change.
  • Training and Support: Work together with the Learning & Development team to design and deliver impactful training programs, equipping stakeholders with the skills to excel in using new digital tools and processes.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our change initiatives. Regularly update the leadership team with insights and progress reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback from stakeholders and use it to refine and enhance our change management strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Relationships:

As a proactive Leader of Self, the Change Analyst will excel in consulting, collaborating, and building strong relationships with:

  • Executive Leads
  • Service Managers
  • All staff
  • External Vendors
  • Other internal and external stakeholders as required by project needs.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • University-level degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale change management projects with timelines exceeding one year.
  • Deep understanding of Change Management methodologies and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management with the ability to communicate confidently and clearly with diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High computer literacy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
