Your Role in the Team
As a Therapeutic Youth Worker, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting our young clients through their challenges. Your role will involve developing strong relationships, providing guidance, and facilitating therapeutic interventions aimed at fostering resilience and personal growth. You will be a trusted mentor and a source of encouragement, helping young people navigate their journeys.
