  • Providing general administrative support across HR operations and assisting the team to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
  • Contributing to HR projects, process improvements, and engagement initiatives
  • Actively participating in professional development to grow your HR knowledge and skills

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality HR support. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and data integrity
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HR systems (ELMO experience a bonus!)
  • A commitment to confidentiality and a positive, team-focused approach
  • Experience in the not-for-profit, community services, or disability sectors will be highly regarded

  • COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
  • Australian work rights
