About the role
We’re seeking a friendly and organised Administration Officer to provide administrative and reception support at our Katherine office on a six-month temporary basis, covering a period of leave.
This role involves providing general administrative, reception and office support to assist with the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, including records management, document preparation, coordination activities and office administration tasks.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in an administration or office support role
- Strong organisational skills and a reliable, practical approach to work
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams)
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage routine administrative tasks accurately
- An understanding of confidentiality and privacy requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must hold Australian working rights, an NT Driver Licence, a current National Criminal History Check, NT Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card), NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, relevant vaccinations (including influenza), and First Aid and CPR certification.
