We are seeking a female support worker living locally in Caboolture with flexible availability to cover relief shifts with a view to taking on regular rostered hours in the new year.
Current Relief Shifts:
- Daytime - 9am – 4pm
- Sleepovers - 4pm – 9am
Regular ongoing shifts available 2027:
- Tuesday- Daytime 9am – 4pm
- Wednesday - Sleepover 4pm – 9am
Key Duties:
- Assist with daily living including personal care.
- Domestic assistance including cooking, cleaning, and household duties.
- Social and community engagement
*Training and buddy shifts provided and required*
Key Qualities:
- Excellent communication skills
- A good role model
- A skilled negotiator
- Able to work independently
- Experience supporting people with complex disabilities

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year previous experience in the Disability Sector or related field
- Able to work in a smoke free environment.
- Ability to work closely with and take direction from the family
- Physically fit due to nature of the role
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Current Open Queensland Driver’s License & own vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Working with Children check (or willing to obtain)
- Current NDIS Disability Workers Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- AUSLAN highly desirable but not required as training will be provided
- Basic computer skills
Pay Rates:
- Monday to Friday 6am to 8pm shift - $42.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday 8pm - 6am shift - $47.04 per hour
- Saturday - $58.80 per hour
- Sunday - $75.60 per hour
- Public Holidays - $92.40 per hour
- Sleepover allowance $90.00 per shift
