Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will generate new business opportunities for GO1. You’ll learn how to identify and research companies to target, and how to develop email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities.

Position Requirements:

  • You have highly developed and effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • You are a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious

  • Previous experience with prior telemarketing or eLearning sales experience is preferred but not essential
  • You are a talented, outgoing individual who is a fast learner and builds rapport quickly

  • You enjoy working in an interactive team environment

  • You love sharing your passion for learning and your interest in personal and professional development


Your responsibilities:

  • You will use a multi-channel approach to engage B2B prospects through email campaigns and outbound cold calls

  • You will contact HR, L&D Management and senior staff members to introduce GO1 and schedule a demonstration with an Account Executive who will show them our product in detail

  • You will document customer contact and insights you collect throughout your conversation to better assist the Account Executive

  • You generate new leads and identify opportunities for the business

Unlimited commission structure

You are able to earn unlimited commission. Average OTE for this role is between $75,000 - $90,000.
