Your new role

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Administration Officer to join our tight-knit team at our South Eastern Office on a Part Time basis. The role will span a minimum of 22.5 hours per week providing administrative support to managers and coordinator.

 

Your responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Allocate staff responsibilities and ensure work is completed to a high standard within expected timelines.
  • Address staff concern and performance issues in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Monitor all client related finances including trust funds and goods receipting and ensure variances are reported to case managers
  • Liaise with finance department to ensure accurate billing processing and vendor payments.
  • Establish and maintain efficient record-keeping systems for resident documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Coordinate all administrative functions of the region.
  • Oversee office maintenance, including repairs and equipment procurement.

 

 

What we will require from you:

  • Qualifications and Skills:
  • Qualification in office administration
  • Proven experience in administration management, preferably within the aged care or healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Publisher
  • Experience with Epicor or other client management systems

Successful candidates will be required to comply with the Wintringham Health and Immunisation policy including having three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine before commencing employment and must provide evidence.
